In a sheet-turning device for rotary printing machines in series construction, in which the printing cylinders of successive printing units are connected by at least one transfer drum, a turning drum is arranged downstream of the storage drum, parallel to the rectosheet guide. In face printing operation, the sheet-turning device can be uncoupled from the rectosheet guide cylinders. Additionally, there is provided on the sheet-turning device a format adjustment which can be adjusted independently of the rectosheet guide cylinders.

Bei einer Bogenwendevorrichtung (17) für Rotationsdruckmaschinen in Reihenbauweise, bei denen die Druckzylinder (9,11) aufeinanderfolgender Druckwerk durch mindestens eine Übergabetrommel (12) verbunden sind, ist der Speichertrommel (18) eine Wendetrommel (19), parallel zur Schöndruckbogenführung, nachgeordnet. Die Bogenwendevorrichtung ist im Schöndruckbetrieb von den Schöndruckbogenführungszylindern abkoppelbar. Außerdem ist an der Bogenwendevorrichtung eine Formatverstellung vorgesehen, die unabhängig von den Schöndruckbogenführungszylindern verstellt werden kann.
