Abstract (en)
This invention relates to rolling equipment suitably used to roll a strip coil made of fragile material such as high-silicon steel. This equipment is provided with a rolling mill, tension reels disposed at the inlet and outlet sides of the rolling mill, and deflector rolls disposed between the tension reels and rolling mill. The tension reels are provided in heat retaining furnaces having heating means. The rolling rolls and deflector rolls are provided with means for heating these rolls. Strip heating units are provided at the inlet and outlet of the rolling mill.

Installation de laminage de bandes enroulées composées d'un matériau fragile tel que de l'acier à forte teneur en silicium. L'installation se compose d'un laminoir, de bobines de tension situées sur les côtés entrée et sortie du laminoir, et de cylindres déflecteurs situés entre les bobines de tension et le laminoir. Les bobines de tension sont à l'intérieur de fours retenant la chaleur et pourvus d'éléments chauffants. Les cylindres de laminage et les cylindres déflecteurs également sont pourvus d'éléments chauffants. Des unités de chauffage de bande sont prévues à l'entrée et à la sortie du laminoir.
