Each of the main bushings (6, 7, 8) is mechanically connected to a corresponding blade (9, 10, 11) and carries four balancing disks (12, 13, 14, 15; 16, 17, 18, 19; 20, 21, 22, 23), each of which consists of an eccentric.

Une tête de lame d'un couteau comporte un arbre (1) et, montés consécutivement sur ce dernier, un coussinet de support (4), un groupe de coussinets principaux (6, 7, 8) et un élément de fixation (27). Chacun des coussinets principaux (6, 7, 8) est mécaniquement relié à une lame correspondante (9, 10, 11) et porte quatre disques d'équilibrage (12, 13, 14, 15; 16, 17, 18, 19; 20, 21, 22, 23) dont chacun est constitué d'un excentrique.
