The invention relates to a building element with connecting elements or connecting profiles on its lateral end faces, which elements or profiles run along or parallel to its outer or inner face, are positive and composed in particular of metal and which are connected by means of limbs in the region of the end-face portion of the building element to the latter, wherein at least one of the limbs (e.g. anchoring limb of the connecting profile), surrounded on both sides or on its two flat faces by the material of the building element, is sealed firmly inside the end-face region or portion in such a way that it projects into the latter, and is anchored in such a way that it is embedded therein.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Formstein (1) mit längs bzw. parallel zu seiner Außen- bzw. Innenfläche verlaufenden, formschlüssigen und insbesondere aus Metall bestehenden Verbindungselementen (2) bzw. Verbindungsprofilen an seinen seitlichen Stirnflächen (4,5), welche mittels Schenkeln im Bereich des Endseitenabschnitts des Formsteins (1) mit diesem verbunden sind, bei dem mindestens einer der Schenkel (6,7) (z. B. Verankerungsschenkel des verbindungsprofils beidseitig bzw. an seinen an beiden Flachseiten vom Material des Formsteins (1) umgeben, fest innerhalb des Endseitenbereichs bzw. - abschnitts in diesen hineinragend eingegossen und darin eingebettet verankert ist. <IMAGE>
