[origin: JPH02241732A] PURPOSE: To optimally automate the aligning of box blanks by incorporating a longitudinal guide rail movable in a horizontal surface with regard to an upward straightening appliance in a longitudinal aligning means, and holding a pressure regulating means to a box blank by the appliance in a longitudinal beam, thereby shortening a time used to set a following appliance. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises an upward straightening appliance 1 having a row of pivotal levers 17 having rollers 36 at a vertical surface. In this case, the levers are permanently fixed on a support 16, which is pivotally moved in a horizontal plane by an operation of a corner piece 40 movable by knobs 47, 48 with protrusions along threaded rods 43, 44. And, the piece 40 is connected to the support 16 by a plastic unit mounted at one end of a shaft 29 for holding the lever 17. A downward straightening appliance 2 is pivotally moved by a roller 54 disposed on a shaft of the roller 36 of the lever 17, and supported by an endless belt 52. Box blanks are aligned along a longitudinal aligning rail by moving the support 16 on the horizontal surface.

Le dispositif d'alignement comprend des organes de rectification supérieurs (1) constitués par une série de leviers pivotants (17) équipés de galets (36) dans un plan vertical, ces leviers étant solidaires de supports (16) pivotant dans un plan horizontal sous l'action d'une cornière (40) déplacée par des poulets moletés (47 et 48) le long de tiges filetées (43 et 44), ladite cornière (40) étant connectée aux supports (16) par un organe flexible monté à l'une des extrémités d'un axe (29) portant les leviers pivotants (17). Les organes de rectification inférieurs (2) sont constitués par une courroie sans fin (52) entraînée et supportée par des galets (54) disposés dans l'axe des galets (36) des leviers pivotants (17). Le déplacement des supports (16) dans le plan horizontal a pour effet d'aligner des découpes de boîtes contre un rail d'alignement longitudinal. Le présent dispositif trouve son utilisation dans les plieuses-colleuses destinées à la confection des boîtes pliantes.
