The depilation apparatus has at least one pair of depilation rollers (3, 4; 5, 6) which are arranged in the region of at least one opening (2) on the apparatus side, are accessible on the circumferential side, are mounted rotatably, can be driven in rotation in opposite directions and interact with one another on the circumferential side. Provision is made for the depilation rollers to be mounted with one end extending freely and for the opening on the apparatus side at least partially to expose the freely extending ends of the depilation rollers. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Epilationsapparat mit mindestens einem Paar im Bereich mindestens einer apparateseitigen Öffnung (2) umfangsseitig zugänglich angeordneter, drehbar gelagerter, gegensinnig rotierend antreibbarer, umfangsseitig miteinander zusammenwirkender Epilationswalzen (3, 4; 5, 6) ist vorgesehen, daß die Epilationswalzen mit einem Ende frei auskragend gelagert sind und die apparateseitige Öffnung die frei auskragenden Enden der Epilationswalzen mindestens teilweise freistellt.
