Abstract (en)
A radial ventilator comprises a spiral casing (1) with a tongue (2) and an inlet opening and an outlet opening (4). A rotor (5) is mounted in the spiral casing (1). The rotor (5) comprises a shaft (6) and a carrying disk (7). On the peryphery of the lateral surface of the disk (7) are fixed blades (9) forming an intra-rotor cavity. A partition is mounted in a cantilever manner on the spiral casing (1). The free end (14) of the partition is located in the intra-rotor cavity with an offset ( alpha 1) in relation to the tongue (2) in the direction opposite to that of rotation of the rotor (5). The gap ( delta 1) between the tongue (2) and the projecting edge (11) of the closest blade (9) lies within the range of 0.03 to 0.2 of the distance (R1) between the axis (O1-O1) of rotation of the rotor (5) and the projecting edge (11) of the blade (9).

Un ventilateur radial comporte un carter en spirale (1) avec une languette (2) ainsi qu'une ouverture d'admission et une ouverture de sortie (4). Un rotor (5) est monté dans le carter en spirale (1). Le rotor (5) comprend un arbre (6) et un disque porteur (7). Sur la périphérie de la surface latérale du disque (7) sont fixées des pales (9) formant une cavité intra-rotor. Une cloison est montée en porte-à-faux sur le carter en spirale (1). L'extrémité libre (14) de cette cloison est située dans la cavité intra-rotor avec un décalage (alpha1) par rapport à la languette (2) dans le sens opposé au sens de rotation du rotor (5). L'intervalle S1 entre la languette (2) et le bord saillant (11) de la pale la plus proche (9) représente de 3 à 20 % de la distance (R1) entre l'axe (O1-O1) de rotation du rotor (5) et le bord saillant (11) de la pale (9).
