Abstract (en)
The invention is based on the object of developing such a vehicle antenna in such a manner that it has as uniform an omnidirectional characteristic as possible in the transmission and reception mode. The object is achieved by two or more slot antennas (12, 13, 14) being arranged in a distributed manner on or in the vehicle bodywork (11). Each slot antenna is connected to a central supply point (28) via an antenna cable (25, 26, 27) which is n . lambda /2 long. n is an integer and lambda is the mean operating wavelength. Abstract (de)
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine derartige Fahrzeugantenne in der Weise weiterzubilden, daß sie eine möglichst gleichmäßige Rundum-Richtcharakteristik im Sende- und Empfangsbetrieb aufweist. Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht darin, daß an oder in der Fahrzeugkarosserie (11) zwei oder mehrere Schlitzantennen (12, 13, 14) verteilt angeordnet sind. Jede Schlitzantenne ist über ein n . λ/2 langes Antennenkabel (25, 26, 27) mit einem zentralen Einspeisepunkt (28) verbunden. n ist eine ganze Zahl und λ die mittlere Betriebswellenlänge. In der Zeichnung ist eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Kraftfahrzeuges mit drei Schlitzantennen gezeigt.
