Abstract (en)
An improvement for a fuel injection valve is proposed which serves for the injection of fuel into the intake pipe of a mixture-compressing, spark ignition internal combustion engine. The fuel injection valve comprises a nozzle body, in which a sealing seat is formed. A valve needle, to which an armature which is actuated electromagnetically by a solenoid is fixed, interacts with the sealing seat. Downstream from the sealing seat an orifice plate (3) is arranged in which elongated indentations (10) are provided, each of which opens out into a cylindrical hole (9) for the formation of flat jets. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Verbesserung bei einem Kraftstoffeinspritzventil vorgeschlagen, das zur Einspritzung von Kraftstoff in das Ansaugrohr einer gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschine dient. Das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil umfaßt einen Düsenkörper, in dem eine Dichtsitzfläche ausgebildet ist. Mit der Dichtsitzfläche arbeitet eine Ventilnadel zusammen, an der ein Anker befestigt ist, der elektromagnetisch durch eine Magnetspule betätigt wird. Stromabwärts der Dichtsitzfläche ist eine Lochplatte (3) angeordnet, in der längliche Einprägungen (10) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils in ein zylinderförmiges Loch (9) zur Bildung von Flachstrahlen münden.
