Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a refrigerating device comprising three compartments, among which a first compartment is used for the storage of fresh food (9) and a second compartment for the freezing and storage of food (11), a refrigerating circuit comprising a compressor (1), a first and second evaporators (6, 8) arranged in said first and second compartments (9, 11), and a condenser (3). The main feature of the refrigerating device according to the present invention is that the third compartment (10) can be used at user's will either for the storage of fresh food or for its freezing and storage, and that electronic control means (uP, 40...52) are provided for automatic selection in response to a user's instruction.
