[origin: JPH02241648A] PURPOSE: To manufacture a ladle supporting device light in weight and low in cost by constituting the device so that a guiding rod of a linkage parallelogram system receives the stress. CONSTITUTION: A supporting bracket system 18 is composed of two independent supporting brackets 31, and each supporting bracket 31 is hinge-fitted independently to the upper and the lower guiding rods 20, 21, 22, 23 in the linkage parallelogram system 17. The upper guiding rods 20, 21 in the linkage parallelogram system 17 do not face a rotary base table 4 at the end parts thereof and integrated with the U-shaped hard unit 27 observed from the bottom surface through a large beam 26. The large beam 26 is supported with at least one set of a pressurizing cylinder through a swivel 38 and the swivel 38 is arranged on a line with the hinges of the upper guiding rods 20, 21 and these hinges are arranged at the end parts which do not face the rotary base table 4.

Eine Trageinrichtung (1) für Gießpfannen (16) weist einen ortsfest gelagerten Festsockel (3) und einen gegenüber diesem drehbar gelagerten Drehsockel (4) auf, an dem über jeweils ein Gelenkparallelogramm-System (17) mit schwenkbaren Lenkern (20, 21; 22, 23) ein Tragarmsystem (18) angelenkt ist, wobei jedes Tragarmsystem (18) mittels eines Druckmittelzylinders (19) heb- und senkbar ist. Um das Gewicht der Trageinrichtung (1) zu verringern und Reparaturarbeiten am Druckmittelzylinder (19) zu erleichtern, ist das Tragarmsystem (18) von zwei voneinander unabhängigen Tragarmen (31; 32) gebildet, wobei jeder Tragarm (31; 32) für sich an einem unteren und einem oberen Lenker (22, 20; 23, 21) des Gelenkparallelogramm-Systems (17) angelenkt ist, und sind die oberen Lenker (20, 21) des Gelenkparallelogramm-Systems (17) an ihren vom Drehsockel (4) abgewandten Enden mittels eines Querbalkens (26) zu einer starren, im Grundriß U-förmigen Einheit (27) zusammengefaßt, wobei der Querbalken (26) an dem Druckmittelzylinder (19) mittels eines Schwenkgelenkes (38) abgestützt ist und das Schwenkgelenk (38) fluchtend zu den an den vom Drehsockel (4) abgewandten Enden angeordneten Gelenken (41) der oberen Lenker (20, 21) liegt.
