[origin: JPH02241648A] PURPOSE: To manufacture a ladle supporting device light in weight and low in cost by constituting the device so that a guiding rod of a linkage parallelogram system receives the stress. CONSTITUTION: A supporting bracket system 18 is composed of two independent supporting brackets 31, and each supporting bracket 31 is hinge-fitted independently to the upper and the lower guiding rods 20, 21, 22, 23 in the linkage parallelogram system 17. The upper guiding rods 20, 21 in the linkage parallelogram system 17 do not face a rotary base table 4 at the end parts thereof and integrated with the U-shaped hard unit 27 observed from the bottom surface through a large beam 26. The large beam 26 is supported with at least one set of a pressurizing cylinder through a swivel 38 and the swivel 38 is arranged on a line with the hinges of the upper guiding rods 20, 21 and these hinges are arranged at the end parts which do not face the rotary base table 4.
