Abstract (en)
The supports 1 for the rest 2 of the dumbbell bar 2 are arranged so that they can be swivelled out of their functioning region, for which purpose a joint 3 is arranged at the lower end of the supports 1. The swivelled supports 1 are stored in a rest provided with an elastic coating. An additional deflection roller 6 is arranged outside and above the seat surface 7 on a support 20 or indirectly on a pair 5 of supports. By this means, additional pulling exercises can be carried out.

Die Stützen 1 für die Ablage 2 der Hantelstange 2' sind aus ihrem Funktionsbereich herausschwenkbar angeordnet, wozu am unteren Ende der Stützen 1 ein Gelenk 3 angeordnet ist. Die verschwenkten Stützen 1 lagern in einer mit einem elastischen Belag versehenen Auflage. Außerhalb und oberhalb der Sitzfläche 7 ist an einer Stütze 20 oder indirekt an einem Stutzenpaar 5 eine Zusatzumlenkrolle 6 angeordnet. Hierdurch lassen sich zusätzliche Zugübungen ausführen.
