An electrical lamp capped without cement, especially an incandescent halogen lamp for motor vehicle headlights, has a metallic cap sleeve (9) with integrally formed clips (13) which are fitted into elongated slots (20) in a cap block (17) of insulating material; the ends (14) of the clips project, and are forked and twisted, the outer prongs (16) spreading out and ensuring a firm connection between the two cap parts. <IMAGE>

Eine kittlos gesockelte elektrische Lampe, insbesondere eine Halogenglühlampe für Kfz-Scheinwerfer, weist eine metallische Sockelhülse (9) mit angeformten Laschen (13) auf, die in Längsschlitze (20) eines Sockelsteins (17) aus isolierendem Material eingepaßt sind; die Enden (14) der Laschen stehen über, sind gegabelt und verdrillt, wobei sich die Außenzinken (16) abspreizen und eine feste Verbindung zwischen den beiden Sockelteilen sicherstellen.
