[origin: EP0384891A1] The manufacturing method is carried out by the production machine (10) as follows: The spool (11) supplies a first strip (2) consisting of an adhesive support protected by a protective paper. A first cutting roller (13) removes, for each article, a cut-out in the protective paper which is discarded (14). Against this strip with its zones without protective paper (22) there is applied the adhesive face of a second strip (6) consisting of a self-adhesive gum, the other face of the second strip carrying a protective paper. A second cutting roller (15), synchronous with the first one, cuts, in the second strip (6) pasted to the first strip (22), a contour which is coincident with the contour cut out in the protective paper of the first strip. It will suffice to separate the skin (6') of the second strip, to cut out the exterior contour of the article in the strip (23) with a third cutting roller (18) in order to be able to separate each article form the strip in equipment (19) which also stores it. <IMAGE>
