The invention proposes a propulsion device for submarine vehicles, of the type comprising propellers (6A, 6B, 10A, 10B) mounted outside the hull (2), each on one end of a shaft (7, 11) penetrating into the hull and rotating about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the hull, at least one (11) of these axes of rotation not being contained within the horizontal plane containing the longitudinal axis of the hull (2). The invention makes it possible obtain movements with six degrees of freedom with a reduced number of propellers. <IMAGE>

L'invention propose un dispositif de propulsion pour véhicules sous-marins, du type comportant des propulseur (6A, 6B, 10A, 10B) montés à l'extérieur de la coque (2) chacun sur une extrémité d'un arbre (7, 11) pénétrant dans la coque et rotatif autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de la coque, l'un (11) au moins de cas axes de rotation n'est pas contenu dans le plan horizontal contenant l'axe longitudinal de la coque (2). L'invention permet d'obtenir des déplacements selon six degrés de liberté avec un nombre réduit de propulseurs.
