Mounting device for adjusting and locking blades on a driveshaft of a cutter employed to cut, grind, chop and mix products, particularly for delicatessen and salted foods, in which device each blade (1), of ordinary shape, comprises a central fixing area pierced by an opening (4) of substantially rectangular shape for the passage of the machine shaft, and a cutting bezel (2), characterised in that there is provided on the central area of the blade two apertures (5a, 5b) located either side of the substantially rectangular central opening (4), this being preferably on its major axis or close thereto, which apertures (5a, 5b) cooperate with a washer (7) pierced by holes (10) having different interaxial distances relative to the centre of the washer, the assembly then being secured by a cam (12) acting as a nut linked to a screw (17), which screw passes through one of the holes of the washer (7) and one of the apertures (5a, 5b) of the blade (1). <IMAGE>

Dispositif de montage permettant le réglage et le verrouillage de couteaux sur un arbre moteur de machines dites cutters employées pour couper, broyer, hacher et mélanger des produits en particulier en charcuterie et salaisons dans lequel chaque couteau (1) de forme habituelle comporte une zone centrale de fixation percée d'une ouverture (4) de forme sensiblement rectangulaire et destinée au passage de l'arbre de la machine, et un biseau de coupe (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur la zone centrale du couteau deux perçages (5a, 5b) situés de part et d'autre de l'ouverture centrale sensiblement rectangulaire (4) et, ce, de préférence, sur son grand axe ou à proximité de celui-ci, ces perçages (5a, 5b) coopérant avec une rondelle (7) percée de trous (10) ayant des entraxes différents par rapport au centre de la rondelle puis le tout étant maintenu par une came (12) faisant office d'écrou en liaison avec une vis (17), la vis traversant l'un des trous de la rondelle (7) et l'un des perçages (5a, 5b) du couteau (1).
