[origin: EP0385870A1] The device is of the type comprising a connecting bar (16) articulated at one end on one of the elements (10). The said connecting bar is provided at its free end with a transverse groove (20) allowing the attachment of the bar to a male part (22) protruding from the other element (12). On the connecting bar there is fitted a slider (24) having at one of its ends a notch which, when the slider is displaced towards the free end of the bar, engages with the said male part, thus preventing the bar from being raised.
