[origin: WO8902221A1] An aerated or carbonated milk product drink comprising a milk product which has been carbonated with a gas or mixture of gases under pressure and packaged into a container. The milk product may be any natural or artificial milk product including dairy products and non-dairy milk products and includes combinations of milk products with other beverages such as fruit juices. The method of producing the carbonated milk product of the present invention comprises injecting under pressure carbon dioxide gas or a mixture of gases into the milk product at low temperature of less than 10 DEG C and high pressure of from 50 kpa to 200 kpa. The carbonated milk product remains carbonated in the package until opened for a reasonable shelf life.

Boisson à base d'un produit lacté gazéifié comportant un produit lacté rendu gazeux par un mélange de gaz sous pression et versé dans un récipient. Le produit lacté peut être un produit lacté naturel ou artificiel, y compris des produits laitiers et autres, et comporte des combinaisons de produits lactés avec d'autres boissons, des jus de fruits par exemple. Le procédé de fabrication du produit lacté gazéifié faisant l'objet de l'invention consiste à injecter du gaz carbonique ou un mélange de gaz sous pression dans le produit lacté à une température inférieure à 10°C et sous une pression comprise entre 50 kpa et 200 kpa. Le produit lacté gazéifié reste gazeux dans l'emballage jusqu'à son ouverture tant que le temps de conservation reste dans les limites raisonnables.
