Abstract (en)
Rectangular blanks of flat material, such as corrugated cardboard, card and many other materials, for the production of folded pallets, are described. Such pallets are used for many applications as crates having a bearing bottom and a perforated plate provided with recesses for the positionally secure accommodation of beakers or similar stackable goods. The bottom (1) and perforated plate (2, 3, 9) are held spaced apart by end and side walls (4), which can be folded over from the blank surface, and are usually secured by adhesive connections, in which case support tabs can be folded over towards the bottom from at least one cutout (8) of a recess (7) as a connection element and can be brought into engagement with attachment strips which are shaped out of the bottom in the opposite direction and can be bent up. It is essential to the invention that at least two end and/or side walls of the crate are not formed from the actual blank surface but from the cutouts of the recesses in the perforated plate, and that the attachment strips, which can be bent up out of the bottom in the opposite direction for retaining said cutouts, consist of associated edge strips (14) of the bottom. In the case of a conical end and/or side wall arrangement, the bottom surface is advantageously set back in relation to the perforated plate by the width of the attachment strip. <IMAGE>

Es werden rechteckige Zuschnitte aus Flachmaterial, wie Wellpappe, Karton und anderes mehr, für die Herstellung von Faltpaletten beschrieben. Solche Paletten finden als Steigen, mit einem tragenden Boden und einer mit Ausnehmungen zur lagesicheren Aufnahme von Bechern oder dergleichen stapelbare Waren vesehenen Lochplatte ein großes Anwendungsfeld. Boden (1) und Lochplatte (2, 3, 9) werden von aus der Zuschnittfläche umfalzbaren Stirn- und Seitenwandungen (4) im Abstand voneinander gehalten und sind üblicherweise mit Klebeverbindungen gesichert, wobei Stützlaschen aus wenigstens einem Ausschnitt (8) einer Ausnehmung (7) als Verbindungselement zum Boden hin umfalzbar und mit in entgegengesetzter Richtung aus dem Boden ausgeformten und aufbiegbaren Befestigungsstreifen in Eingriff bringbar sind. Wesentlich für die Erfindung ist, daß wenigstens zwei Stirn- und/oder Seitenwandungen der Steige nicht aus der eigentlichen Zuschnittfläche, sondern aus den Ausschnitten der Ausnehmungen der Lochplatte gebildet sind, und daß die in entgegengesetzter Richtung aus dem Boden aufbiegbaren Befestigungsstreifen zur Arretierung dieser Ausschnitte aus zugehörigen Randstreifen (14) des Bodens bestehen. Vorteilhaft ist die Bodenfläche bei konischer Stirn- und/oder Seitenwandanordnung gegenüber der Lochplatte, um die Breite des Befestigungsstreifens zurückgesetzt.
