Abstract (en)
The crane travelling gear, suitable in particular for a multi-girder bridge crane, comprises head pieces (1) consisting of at least two head-piece segments (9) coupled to one another in an articulated manner. The ends of adjacent head-piece segments (9) facing one another are each supported on a common travelling-wheel unit (15), one of the two adjacent head-piece segments (9) carrying the common travelling-wheel unit (15), and the other of the two adjacent head-piece segments (9) being semi-mounted in an articulated manner via a thrust bearing (19) preferably transmitting only vertical forces. A connecting plate (25) provides for the transmission of horizontal forces. A load-introducing point (main girder 7) is allocated to each of the head-piece segments (9). The load-introducing points are distributed along the head piece (1) in such a way that the total loading of the head piece (1) is uniformly distributed over all travelling-wheel units (13, 15). The crane travelling gear is more easy to transport to the erection site and to assemble on account of the segmented arrangement of the head pieces (1) and permits the use of standardised head-piece segments and travelling-wheel units. <IMAGE>

Das insbesondere für einen Mehrträger-Brückenkran geeignete Kranfahrwerk umfaßt aus wenigstens zwei gelenkig miteinander gekuppelten Kopfträgersegmenten (9) bestehende Kopfträger (1). Die einander zugewandten Enden benachbarter Kopfträgersegmente (9) sind jeweils auf einer gemeinsamen Laufradeinheit (15) abgestützt, wobei eines der beiden benachbarten Kopfträgersegmente (9) die gemeinsame Laufradeinheit (15) trägt und das andere der beiden benachbarten Kopfträgersegmente (9) über ein vorzugsweise ausschließlich Vertikalkräfte übertragendes Drucklager (19) gelenkig aufgesattelt ist. Für die Übertragung von Horizontalkräften sorgt eine Verbindungsplatte (25). Jedem der Kopfträgersegmente (9) ist eine Lasteinleitungsstelle (Hauptträger 7) zugeordnet. Die Lasteinleitungsstellen sind längs des Kopfträgers (1) so verteilt, daß sich die Gesamtbelastung des Kopfträgers (1) gleichmäßig auf sämtliche Laufradeinheiten (13, 15) verteilt. Das Kranfahrwerk läßt sich aufgrund der Segmentierung der Kopfträger (i) leichter zum Aufstellungsort transportieren und montieren und erlaubt die Verwendung standardisierter Kopfträgersegmente und Laufradeinheiten.
