The invention relates to a whirlpool bathtub or the like with a piping system having a pressure water line and a water feed line, via which system a water/air mixture is introduced into the interior space of the bathtub by means of at least one nozzle, the air line being divided into two air line sections, each nozzle being connected with one or the other air line section, at least two electrically actuatable solenoid valves, which are designed as off/on valves, being arranged in sequence in the first air line section, at least one solenoid valve, which is designed as an off/on valve, being arranged in the second air line section, and the section of line between the first and the second solenoid valve being in flow connection with the second air line section, upstream of the solenoid valve arranged in the second air line section. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Whirlpoolwanne od. dgl. mit einem eine Druckwasserleitung (W) und eine Luftleitung (L) aufweisenden Rohrleitungssystem (S), über welches mittels mindestens einer Düse (D) ein Wasser-Luft-Gemisch in den Wanneninnenraum (J) eingebracht wird, wobei sich die Luftleitung (L) in zwei Luftleitungsabschnitte (L1,L2) aufteilt, jede Düse (D) mit dem einen oder anderen Luftleitungsabschnitt (L1,L2) verbunden ist, in dem ersten Luftleitungsabschnitt (L1) hintereinander wenigstens zwei elektrisch betätigbare, als Auf-Zu-Ventile ausgebildete Magnetventile (V3,V1) angeordnet sind, in dem zweiten Luftleitungsabschnitt (L2) wenigstens ein als Auf-Zu-Ventil ausgebildetes Magnetventil (V2) angeordnet ist, und das Leitungsstück (LS) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Magnetventil (V3,V1) mit dem zweiten Luftleitungsabschnitt (L2) vor dem in dem zweiten Luftleitungsabschnitt (L2) angeordneten Magnetventil (V2) in Strömungsverbindung steht. Auf diese Weise können den Düsen (D) unterschiedliche Mengen an Luft kontinuierlich bzw. intermittierend zugeführt werden.
