[origin: EP0386432A2] The pneumatic control device for a bellows cylinder (10) has various control valves for actuating it, of which two groups (28, 31 and 36, 39 resp.) serve to operate a multi-way valve (18) which controls the inflow of compressed air to the bellows cylinder or relieves it. When the bellows cylinder is being relieved, an ejector (14) is active through which pressure medium flowing from the source of pressure medium produces a vacuum in the ejector (14), by means of which vacuum the bellows cylinder (10) is emptied. In this way, a relatively simple and convenient pneumatic control device for the rapid actuation of the bellows cylinder is obtained. <IMAGE>
