Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH02279924A] PURPOSE: To obtain a large capacity hotplate by providing a bearing ring with a collecting depression extending circularly between the hotplate body and the support surface. CONSTITUTION: A shallow collecting depression 13 is provided between two ring-like profiles 11, 12 while extending peripherally. It has a substantially continuous flat bottom 14 tapering outward at an angle of 15 deg. or more, preferably 45 deg., on each side through inclining part 15 or 16. A supporting ring 10 serves as a radiator except a shield between the hotplate body 23 and a fixing plate. Consequently, the supporting ring is only one supporting part of the hotplate for the fixing plate at a temperature of 400 deg.C in the vicinity of the hotplate body and at a temperature of 200 deg.C in the vicinity of the fixing plate.
