[origin: JPH02268287A] PURPOSE: To provide a device which can stop a moving device at a prescribed position by making a motor to be controlled by means of a circuit having a terminal which stops the motor when the motor becomes a prescribed polarity. CONSTITUTION: A sport wrist watch 1 used by the crew of a regatta for controlling the time which elapses before start drives a hour hand 2, minute hand 3, and second hand 4.
