Abstract (en)

In a heavy duty floor gulley (1) comprising an underlying gulley container (2) made of plastic as the first assembly, an intermediate piece (8) inserted into the gulley container as the second assembly, said intermediate piece being integrated into a barrier layer (A) in the sealing plane by a flange construction (12), an attached shaft (16) which is inserted into the intermediate piece from above, and a third assembly comprising an outer attached frame (24) and inner inlet grate (23) at the inlet to the attached shaft, at least one assembly is made from metallic material (cast iron or high-grade steel) for the purpose of adaptation of the floor gulley to high traffic loads, to regulations regarding sealing and to the corrosion to be expected, while keeping installation of the second and third assembly B2, B3 as simple as possible, and if both assemblies B2, B3 are composed of metallic material, the metallic material of these two assemblies B2, B3 is different. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Bei einem hochbeanspruchbaren Bodenablauf (1) mit einem untenliegenden Ablaufbehälter (2) aus Kunststoff als erste Baugruppe, einem in den Ablaufbehälter eingesteckten Zwischenstück (8) als zweite Baugruppe, das in der Abdichtungsebene durch eine Flanschkonstruktion (12) in eine Sperrschicht (A) eingegliedert ist, einem von oben in das Zwischenstück eingesteckten Aufsatzschacht (16), und einer dritten Baugruppe aus äußerem Aufsatzrahmen (24) und innerem Einlaufrost (23) am Einlauf des Aufsatzschachtes ist zwecks Anpassung des Bodenablaufs an hohe Verkehrsbelastungen, Vorschriften hinsichtlich der Abdichtung und der zu erwartenden Korrosion bei möglichst einfachem Einbau von der zweiten und der dritten Baugruppe B2, B3 zumindest eine Baugruppe aus Metallmaterial (Gußeisen oder Edelstahl) hergestellt, und ist für den Fall, daß beide Baugruppen B2, B3 aus Metallmaterial bestehen, das Metallmaterial dieser beiden Baugruppen B2, B3 unterschiedlich.
