The apparatus has an air supply duct (2) which is closed off by a nozzle plate (3) with first and second nozzles (9, 10), a fuel supply apparatus (4) which is guided through the supply duct (3), a flame pipe (5) which is arranged at a distance in front of the nozzle plate (3) so that a flue gas recirculation opening (6) is formed, the cross- section of which is adjustable, and a pipe (7) which is arranged at a distance in front of the nozzle plate (3) and surrounds the second nozzles (10) of the inner nozzle ring (12) and the mouth region of the fuel supply apparatus (4). By means of this arrangement, separate part flows, consisting of recirculated flue gas and combustion air, flow into the flame pipe (5), as a result of which flame stabilisation is brought about. Structures for flame retention can thus be omitted. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Einrichtung hat einen Luftzuführkanal (2), der von einer Düsenplatte (3) mit ersten und zweiten Düsen (9,10) abgeschlossen ist, eine Brennstoffzuführeinrichtung (4), die durch den Zuführkanal (2) geführt ist, ein Flammrohr (5), das im Abstand vor der Düsenplatte (3) angeordnet ist, so dass eine Rauchgasrezirkulationsöffnung (6) gebildet wird, deren Querschnitt verstellbar ist und ein Rohr (7), das im Abstand vor der Düsenplatte (3) angeordnet ist und die zweiten Düsen (10) des inneren Düsenkranzes (12) und den Mündungsbereich der Brennstoffzuführeinrichtung (4) umschliesst. Durch diese Anordnung strömen separate, aus rezirkuliertem Rauchgas und Verbrennungsluft gebildete Teilströme in das Flammrohr (5), wodurch eine Flammenstabilisierung erreicht wird. Dadurch können Einbauten für eine Flammenhalterung entfallen.
