Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0387063A2] A liquid detergent composition suitable especially for dishwashing by hand contains four components: (a) any nonionic detergent except alkyl ether sulphate, (b) an alkyl ether sulphate, the ratio of (a) to (b) being 2:1 to 1:10, (c) a lather booster which is a betaine or amine oxide the ratio of (a) to (c) being 3:1 to 1:3 and (d) a nonionic detergent in an amount between 35 and 50 weight %. Compositions of the invention can provide a combination of good performance and good mildness.
