The invention proposes a device (22) for applying at least one strip of textile surfacing (24) to a road, this textile surfacing being rolled on a spool, characterised in that it comprises a mobile chassis, displaceable along the road, which supports a spindle substantially perpendicular to the axis of the road and on which the spool (50A) is mounted in a rotary manner and a device for the automatic adjustment of the tension of the strip which comprises a tension bar (56A) mounted such that it oscillates with respect to the chassis about an average position which is substantially parallel to the spindle of the spool and over which the strip (24) passes prior to its application to the surface of the road. The device easily allows the simultaneous application of two strips (24, 26) in parallel. <IMAGE>

L'invention propose un dispositif (22) pour la pose sur une route d'au moins une bande (24) de revêtement textile enroulée sur une bobine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un châssis mobile, déplaçable le long de la route, qui supporte un axe sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe de la route et sur lequel la bobine (50A) est montée tournante et un dispositif de régulation automatique de la tension de la bande qui comporte une barre de tension (66A) montée oscillante par rapport au châssis autour d'une position moyenne sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de la bobine et sur laquelle passe la bande (24) préalablement à sa pose sur la surface de la route. Le dispositif permet également la pose simultanée en parallèle de deux bandes (24, 26).
