Abstract (en)
The dispensing machine is characterised in that it is fitted with a damping device (N) whose active part is disposed in order to act periodically on the tension of the strip between the roll storage spindle and the means (H) of transfer and of conformation and to automatically form, after each dispensing of folded strip by tension on the protruding strip and by rotational driving of the roll of material, a loop (b) of unrolled material which will be retracted during the tension applied to the following strip, thus avoiding any unexpected tearing of the material. <IMAGE>

L'appareil de distribution de matériaux d'essuyage stockés en rouleau ou pliés en Z et débités sous forme de bandes pliées en accordéon est remarquable en ce qu'il est équipé d'un dispositif amortisseur (N) dont la partie active est disposée pour agir périodiquement sur la tension de la bande entre le pont de stockage du rouleau et le moyen (H) de renvoi et de conformation et former automatiquement après chaque distribution de bande pliée par traction sur la bande débordante et par entrainement en rotation du rouleau de matériau, une boucle (b) de matériau déroulé qui sera résorbée lors de la traction sur la bande suivante en évitant ainsi toute rupture inopinée du matériau.
