The mixing tank (1) receives and kneads doses of phenolic resin and of powder products of various materials, such a mica, schist, talc, etc., and a screw-type unit (11) conveys the kneaded products to an intermediate hopper (2) for stabilizing the temperature, and which feeds a supply unit (3), which delivers them to a mixing and extrusion head (4), into which also opens a pipe (32) for the supply of a hardening catalyst. Application to the production of a uniform material, which can easily be machined with wood working tools and which is resistant to fire and to corrosive substances.

L'installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé et pour l'obtention d'un matériau de construction comporte une cuve de mélange et un bloc de refoulement de produits mélangés dans la cuve vers un moule de mise en forme du matériau de construction. La cuve de mélange (1) reçoit et malaxe des doses de résine phénolique et de produits pulvérulents de matériaux divers tels que micas, schistes, talc, etc., un bloc de refoulement à vis (11) refoule les produits malaxés vers une trémie intercalaire (2) de stabilisation de température alimentant un bloc de refoulement (3) qui refoule dans une tête de mélange et d'extrusion (4) dans laquelle débouche également une conduite (32) de refoulement d'un catalyseur de durcissement. Application à la réalisation d'un matériau homogène, aisément usinable avec des outils à bois et qui résiste au feu ainsi qu'aux agents corrosifs.
