Abstract (en)
There is provided an apparatus for spinning thermoplastic melts, with a spinning head and with a reheater located after the spinning head and having a following blowing unit, the spinning head possessing a pump block equipped with a melt line and a spinning pack (1) received in a heating box. The spinning pack is screwed to the pump part by means of a connection piece and has a die (8) received in a housing (6), a die plate and a filter unit (13). A thrust piece (19) equipped with a melt channel (23) is arranged at a distance from the filter unit and rests on a step (20) provided in the housing. The thrust piece is secured by means of a thrust ring (29) which is equipped with an external thread and which is screwed to the housing. Furthermore, the thrust piece has a blind bore (21) which is equipped with an internal thread and which can be screwed onto an extension of the connection piece equipped with an external thread. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Verspinnen thermoplastischer Schmelzen mit einem Spinnkopf und einem dem Spinnkopf nachgeschalteten Nacherhitzer mit anschließender Blaseinheit vorgeschlagen, wobei der Spinnkopf ein mit einer Schmelzeleitung versehenes Pumpenblock und ein in einem Heizkasten aufgenommenes Spinnpack (1) aufweist. Das Spinnpack ist über ein Verbindungsstück mit dem Pumpenteil verschraubt und weist eine in einem Gehäuse (6) aufgenommene Düse (8), eine Düsenplatte und eine Filtereinheit (13) auf. Ein mit einem Schmelzekanal (23) versehenes Druckstück (19) ist mit Abstand zur Filtereinheit angeordnet und liegt auf einem im Gehäuse vorgesehenen Absatz (20) auf. Das Druckstück wird durch einen mit Außengewinde versehenen Druckring (29) festgelegt, der mit dem Gehäuse verschraubt ist. Weiterhin weist das Druckstück eine mit einem Innengewinde versehene Sackbohrung (21) auf, das auf einen mit Außengewinde versehenen Ansatz des Verbindungsstückes aufschraubbar ist.
