The heating gas draft tube is intended in particular for low- temperature heating boilers, in which a number of heating gas draft tubes are arranged running from a combustion or inflow or deflection chamber, extending through the water-bearing inner space of the boiler housing essentially horizontally, to a smoke gas collecting chamber. Each heating gas draft tube (I) is in this connection formed from two tubes (1, 2) arranged inside one another, the outer tube (1) at least in the takeoff-side half pressing tightly in a heat-conducting manner in part regions against the inner tube and the inner tube (2) being provided with longitudinal ribs (6). According to the invention, the heating gas draft tube (I) is designed in such a manner that, in the takeoff-side region (3) between the outer tube (1) and the inner tube (2), a metal sleeve (4) is arranged pressed into both tubes (1, 2) in a heat-conducting manner, the wall thickness (W) of the sleeve (4) being designed to be thinner than that of the two tubes (1, 2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das Heizgaszugrohr ist insbesondere für Niedertemperaturheizkessel bestimmt, bei denen mehrere Heizgaszugrohre von einer Brenn- bzw. Zuström- bzw. Umlenkkammer aus, den wasserführenden Innenraum des Kesselgehäuses im wesentlichen horizontal durchgreifend, zu einer Rauchgassammelkammer verlaufend angeordnet sind. Jedes Heizgaszugrohr (I) ist dabei aus zwei ineinander angeordneten Rohren (1, 2) gebildet, wobei das äußere Rohr (1) mindestens in der abzugsseitigen Hälfte in Teilbereichen an das innere Rohr wärmeleitend dicht angepreßt und das innere Rohr (2) mit Längsrippen (6) verehen ist. Nach der Erfindung ist das Heizgaszugrohr (I) derart ausgebildet, daß im abzugsseitigen Bereich (3) zwischen dem äußeren Rohr (1) und dem inneren Rohr (2) eine metallische Hülse (4) wärmeleitend zu beiden Rohren (1, 2) eingepreßt angeordnet ist, wobei die Wandstärke (W) der Hülse (4) dünner ausgebildet ist als die der beiden Rohre (1, 2).
