A pressure-fluid actuator is proposed which has a driving member (14) driven by a piston (31) via a flexible tension element (25), the driving member (14) being guided in a first guide (12) in the longitudinal direction of an actuator housing (1). <??>Deflection elements for the tension element (25), which each consist of a deflection element (8) or (22) and a support (11, 7) or (17, 21), are arranged at the ends of the actuator housing (1). <??>As shown in Fig. 1, the supports (11) and (17) respectively of the deflection devices are displaceably arranged at least partly in a further guide formed in each case by a further bore (13) or (16) in the actuator housing (1) and are acted upon by spring forces in such a way that the tension element (25) is constantly tightened. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird ein druckmittelbetätigbarer Arbeitszylinder mit einem von einem Kolben (31) über ein biegbares Zugelement (25) angetriebenen Mitnehmer (14) vorgeschlagen, wobei der Mitnehmer (14) in einer ersten Führung (12) in Längsrichtung eines Zylindergehäuses (1) geführt ist. An den Enden des Zylindergehäuses (1) sind jeweils aus einem Umlenkelement (8) bzw. (22) und einem Träger (11, 7) bzw. (17, 21) bestehende Umlenkeinrichtungen für das Zugelement (25) angeordnet. Die Träger (11) bzw. (17) der Umlenkeinrichtungen sind, wie in Fig.1 dargestellt, wenigstens teilweise in einer weiteren Führung, die von je einer weitern Gehäusebohrung (13) bzw. (16) des Zylindergehäuses (1) gebildet wird, verschiebbar angeordnet und werden von Federkräften beaufschlagt, derart, daß das Zugelement (25) ständig gespannt ist.
