Abstract (en)
The pump tube (10) for a peristaltic pump consists in the non-deformed state of two arcuate sections (11, 12) which merge into one another along joint lines (14), so that the tube bore (20) has the cross-sectional shape of a convex lens. Adjacent to the joints (13) of the arcuate sections (11, 12) are outwardly pointing webs (15). When the tube (10) is pressed together, only moderate pinching occurs at the joints (13). The tube has a substantially improved pinching and restoring behaviour. The webs (15) prevent overpinching. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Pumpenschlauch (10) für eine peristaltische Pumpe besteht im unverformten Zustand aus zwei bogenförmigen Abschnitten (11,12), die entlang von Knicklinien (14) ineinander übergehen, so daß das Schlauchlumen (20) die Querschnittsform einer konvexen Linse hat. An die Verbindungsstellen (13) der bogenförmigen Abschnitte (11,12) schließen sich nach außen weisende Stege (15) an. Beim Zusammendrücken des Schlauches (10) entstehen an den Verbindungsstellen (13) nur mäßige Quetschungen. Der Schlauch hat ein wesentlich verbessertes Quetsch- und Rückstellverhalten. Die Stege (15) verhindern eine Überquetschung.
