The antipilferage or surveillance device with a transmitter and a receiver for signals of a resonance label located where appropriate in the receiver range is designed so that the transmitter transmits or does not transmit periodically during alternating time phases only, and the receiver evaluates only the signals received where appropriate during the relevant transmission pauses in order to activate an alarm.

Die Diebstahlsicherungs- bzw. Ueberwachungseinrichtung mit einem Sender und einem Empfänger für Signale einer sich gegebenenfalls im Empfangsbereich befindlichen Resonanzetikette ist so ausgestaltet, dass der Sender periodisch nur während sich abwechselnden Zeitphasen sendet bzw. nicht sendet, und der Empfänger lediglich die während der jeweiligen Sendepausen gegebenenfalls empfangenen Signale zur Auslösung eines Alarms auswertet.
