2.1 In the case of known pressure valves on compressors, the valve seat is formed by the partition wall located between the compression chamber and the pressure chamber. A problem exists of wear to the valve seat because the valve seat body formed from spring steel with a high wear resistance wears out the valve seat having a lower wear resistance. The new pressure valve has a valve seat with increased wear resistance. 2.2 The new valve seat (5), (18) comprises a plate-shaped component of high wear resistance, for example spring steel, which is received by the partition wall (4), (15). 2.3 The new pressure valve (5), (18) is suitable for compressors in which compressed air and/or a gaseous medium is delivered from a compression chamber (1) into a pressure chamber (3). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
2.1 Bei bekannten Druckventilen von Kompressoren ist der Ventilsitz durch die zwischen dem Kompressionsraum und dem Druckraum befindliche Trennwand gebildet. Es besteht das Problem des Verschleißes des Ventilsitzes weil der aus Federstahl mit einer hohen Verschleißfestigkeit gebildete Ventilschließkörper den mit einer geringeren Verschleißfestigkeit ausgestatteten Ventilsitz verschleißt. Das neue Druckventil hat einen Ventilsitz mit höherer Verschleißfestigkeit. 2.2 Der neue Ventilsitz (5), (18) besteht aus einem plattenförmigen Bauteil mit hoher Verschleißfestigkeit, z.B. Federstahl, das von der Trennwand (4), (15) aufgenommen ist. 2.3 Das neue Druckventil (5), (18) ist für Kompressoren geeignet, bei denen Druckluft bzw. ein gasförmiges Medium von einem Kompressionsraum (1) in einen Druckraum (3) gefördert wird.
