[origin: JPH02279368A] PURPOSE: To eliminate high degree requirements for manufacturing tolerance by fixing one end of a shaft pivoting a support adjustably in the direction perpendicular to a plane formed by the shaft and the aligning line of heating elements. CONSTITUTION: One end of the shaft 28 of a support 42 is fixed adjustably in the direction perpendicular to a plane formed by the shaft 28 and the line 36 of heating elements. Consequently, parallelism can be corrected easily between the line 36 of heating elements and the shaft of a supporting roll 22. Since a pressure can be applied uniformly even to a wide print sheet, high degree requirements for manufacturing tolerance can be eliminated.
