Abstract (en)
A plurality of roll stands are provided, each comprising a rear housing (o2) (drive side) and a front housing (o3) (operator side). The roll necks (o1) are mounted on the front housing, while there are corresponding bearing bushes in the rear housing. When the rolls are changed, the roll necks, which are hydraulically stressed, are released, allowing the rear housings to be moved sideways in their entirety by means of a screw device (18). All the front housings (o3) are grouped on one changing plate (o4). The changing plate is placed on clamping bolts (13) and hydraulically clamped. After the release of the clamping, the front housings can be removed in their entirety and replaced by a set of housings containing new rolls. The rear housings move backwards together again until the roll necks (o1) are taken up by the bearing bushes. It is thus possible to perform a change in the dimensions of the rolls in a short time. <IMAGE>

Es sind mehrere Walzgerüste vorhanden, bestehend jeweils aus einem hinteren Ständer (o2) (Antriebsseite) und einem vorderen Ständer (o3) (Bedienungsseite). Die Walzenachsen (o1) sind am vorderen Ständer angebracht, während im hinteren Ständer entsprechende Lagerbuchsen sind. Beim Wechsel der Walzen werden die Walzenachsen, die hydraulisch angespannt sind, gelöst, so daß die hinteren Ständer in ihrer Gesamtheit mit einer Schraubvorrichtung (18) seitwärts gefahren werden können. Sämtliche vorderen Ständer (o3) sind auf einer Wechselplatte (o4) zusammengefaßt. Die Wechselplatte ist auf Spannbolzen (13) gesteckt und hydraulisch verspannt. Nach Lösen der Verspannung kann die Gesamtheit der vorderen Ständer abgenommen und durch einen Satz Ständer mit neuen Walzen ersetzt werden. Die hinteren Ständer fahren insgesamt wieder zurück, bis die Walzenachsen (o1) von den Lagerbuchsen aufgenommen werden. Der Dimensionswechsel der Walzen kann so in kurzer Zeit durchgeführt werden.
