In devices of the generic type, the gas supply to the burner of the device is only opened when the heat requirement predetermined by the drawing quantity or the deviation from setpoint of the regulated water temperature corresponds at least to the excess ignition gas quantity, in order to prevent a gradual opening of the valves. The known devices of the generic type are to be simplified with the current invention. To achieve this aim, a pneumatic snap valve (32, 52, 62) is provided in addition to a main valve (30, 50, 60), which can be combined with the latter in a space-saving and equipment-saving manner. Preferred area of application is gas-heated water heaters with constantly regulated outlet temperature. <IMAGE>

Bei Einrichtungen der gattungsmäßigen Art wird die Gaszufuhr zum Brenner des Geräts erst freigegeben, wenn der durch die Zapfmenge oder die Sollwertabweichung der geregelten Wassertemperatur vorgegebene Wärmebedarf mindestens der Überzündgasmenge entspricht, um ein schleichendes Öffnen der Ventile zu verhindern. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung sollen die bekannten Einrichtungen der gattungsmäßigen Art vereinfacht werden. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein pneumatisches Schnappventil (32, 52, 62) zusätzlich zu einem Hauptventil (30, 50, 60) vorgesehen, welches mit diesem in platz- und teilesparender Weise kombiniert werden kann. Bevorzugtes Anwendungsgebiet sind Gas-Heißwasserbereiter mit stetig geregelter Auslauftemperatur.
