[origin: EP0389923A2] The ink rail device for use in an inking unit of a printing machine has an ink chamber, which can be attached to a support and connected to an ink supply, two rail elements, which bound the ink chamber at the top and the bottom and can be applied to a screen roller, and two side walls bounding the ink chamber laterally. In order to allow a simple construction and easy replaceability, the ink chamber, including the side walls and the rail elements, is produced as an integral moulding and can be connected to the support by means of a plug connection. <IMAGE>
