Abstract (en)
A process for the production of hard-wearing and corrosion- resistant protective layers by thermal spraying is to be improved by spraying on two or more thin layers of materials of different compositions with a predetermined layer thickness and then effecting diffusion at temperatures between 600 and 1200 DEG C for the formation of a layer having a certain composition. The layer thicknesses should be in the range from 0.02 to 0.5 mm, preferably from 0.05 to 0.3 mm.

Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von verschleiß- und korrosionsbeständigen Schutzschichten durch thermisches Spritzen soll dadurch verbessert werden, daß zwei oder mehrere dünne Schichten aus Werkstoffen verschiedener Zusammensetzung mit vorbestimmter Schichtstärke aufgespritzt sowie anschließend bei Temperaturen zwischen 600 bis 1200<o> C zur Bildung einer Schicht bestimmter Zusammensetzung diffundiert werden. Dabei sollen die Schichtdicken im Bereich von 0,02 bis 0,5 mm, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,3 mm, liegen.
