[origin: WO8903186A1] In the manufacture of multilayer garment parts composed of outer fabric cuttings and an interlining, one of the outer fabric cuttings is usually attached to the interlining by a seam and the second outer fabric cutting is then stitched to both. The bonding unit so formed is then turned, bonded and pressed. This known manufacturing cycle is unsuited to the automation sought after by the invention. According to the invention, both outer fabric cuttings and at least one interlining are assembled before bonding in a processing unit which is transferred after bonding to a magazine arranged downstream of the bonding press. This process and the device for implementing it are particularly suited to the manufacture of cuffs and collars.

Lors de la fabrication de pièces à couches métalliques pour vêtements composées de coupes extérieures de tissu et d'insertions, d'habitude on relie premièrement une des coupes extérieures de tissu à l'insertion par un ourlet, puis on coud sur celles-ci la deuxième coupe extérieure de tissu. L'unité de collage ainsi formée est alors retournée, fixée et comprimée. Ce cycle de fabrication se prête mal à une automatisation, telle que celle recherchée selon cette invention. Selon l'invention, on rassemble en une unité de fabrication les deux coupes extérieures de tissu et au moins une insertion avant leur collage, puis on les transfère, après leur collage, à un magasin agencé en aval de la presse de collage. Ce procédé et le dispositif qui sert à mettre en oeuvre le procédé conviennent en particulier pour fabriquer des manchettes et des cols.
