The subject of the invention is a method for washing textiles in washing machines with a horizontally arranged drum, in which the laundry items are pressed in alternating sequence against the drum casing by means of a periodically reversing rotary drive of the drum and cut-off periods. In each drive period tm, the drum is rotated through an angle of not less than 70 DEG and is accelerated until its angular speed w corresponds to a separation factor > 1. The duration of each cut-off period tB is greater than the duration of each drive period. This guarantees a high washing quality as a result of a maximum utilisation of the mass of the laundry items themselves and of the washing liquor in order to make the removal of impurities more intensive. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Waschen von Textilien in Waschmaschinen mit horizontal liegender Trommel, bei welchem die Wäschestücke in wechselnder Folge durch periodisch reversierenden Drehantrieb der Trommel und Abschaltperioden an den Trommelmantel angepreßt werden. In jeder Antriebsperiode tm wird die Trommel um einen Winkel von nicht weniger als 70<o> verdreht und beschleunigt, bis ihre Winkelgeschwindigkeit w einem Trennfaktor > 1 entspricht. Die Dauer jeder Abschaltperiode tB ist größer als die Dauer jeder Antriebsperiode. Dies gewährleistet eine hohe Waschgüte durch maximale Ausnutzung der Masse der Wäschestücke selbst und der Waschlauge zur Intensivierung der Entfernung von Verunreinigungen.
