The lance pipe (1) of a soot blower is provided at the front end with nozzles (2) and connected at the rear end via a soot blower valve (9) to a feed for the blowing medium. A throttling device consisting of a diaphragm (17) is arranged in the vicinity of the nozzles (2) inside the lance pipe (1).

Das Lanzenrohr (1) eines Rußbläsers ist an dem vorderen Ende mit Düsen (2) versehen und an dem hinteren Ende über ein Rußbläserventil (9) mit einer Zuführung für ein Blasmedium verbunden. In der Nähe der Düsen (2) ist innerhalb des Lanzenrohres (1) eine aus einer Blende (17) bestehende Drosseleinrichtung angeordnet.
