Abstract (en)
The profiling strip serves for glass ceramic cooking plates for installation in a cutout (8) of a work surface (7). The profiling strip (1) has an essentially T-shaped cross-section with a vertical web (2) and an upper, horizontal flange (3) which extends on both sides of the web (2). When the glass ceramic cooking plate is installed, one flange part overlaps the edge of the cutout (8) and the other flange part overlaps the edge of the glass ceramic plate (6). The profiling strip surrounds the glass ceramic cooking plate in the manner of a frame. Below the flange part overlapping the edge of the glass ceramic plate (6), there is provided, at a distance corresponding to the thickness (5) of this plate (6), another flange (4) which is formed in one piece with the web (2). This flange bears against the underside of the glass ceramic plate (6) along its edge. Additionally, there is provided at the lower end of the vertical web (2) a horizontal flange (5), to be precise on the side of the web (2) which has the paired flange arrangement. This horizontal flange (5) is narrower than the paired flanges and flange parts of essentially like width. <IMAGE>

Die Montageprofilleiste dient für Glaskeramikkochfelder zum Einbau in einen Ausschnitt (8) einer Arbeitsplatte (7). Die Montageprofilleiste (1) weist einen im wesentlichen T-förmigen Querschnitt auf mit einem vertikalen Steg (2) und einem oberen, horizontalen, sich zu beiden Seiten des Steges (2) erstreckenden Flansch (3). Bei eingebautem Glaskeramikkochfeld übergreift der eine Flanschteil den Rand des Ausschnittes (8) und der andere Flanschteil den Rand der Glaskeramikplatte (6). Die Montageprofilleiste umschließt das Glaskeramikkochfeld rahmenartig. Unterhalb des den Rand der Glaskeramikplatte (6) übergreifenden Flanschteiles ist in einem der Stärke (5) dieser Platte (6) entsprechenden Abstand ein weiterer, mit dem Steg (2) einstückig ausgebildeter Flansch (4) vorgesehen ist. Dieser liegt entlang des Randes der Glaskeramikplatte (6) an deren Unterseite an. Ferner ist am unteren Ende des vertikalen Steges (2) ein Horizontalflansch (5) vorgesehen, und zwar auf der Seite des Steges (2), der die paarweise Flanschanordnung aufweist. Dieser Horizontalflansch (5) ist schmäler als die im wesentlichen gleich breiten, paarweise vorgesehenen Flansche und Flanschteile.
