Abstract (en)
The assembling device for installing a disc clutch of a vehicle gearbox concentrically to the axis of the crankshaft consists of a coaxially bored-through threaded spindle (1) which is provided, at one of its ends, with a fixed turning handle (3) and on the external thread (2) of which a clamping nut is adjustably screwed. Furthermore, it consists of a clamping mandrel (8) which is mounted axially displaceably in the threaded spindle (1) and is provided with a threaded shaft (10) and with a threaded nut (11) lying frontally against the threaded spindle (1). On its portion projecting, on the opposite side, out of the threaded spindle, the clamping mandrel (8) is provided with two expanding cones (6, 7) which are offset axially relative to one another and have cone angles of equal size. One or two clamping sleeves (17, 18), consisting in each case of at least three separate cylinder sectors held together only by an annular clamping element (23, 36), is or are arranged in the region of these expanding cones (6, 7). The individual cylinder sectors are provided in each case with expanding faces (24) corresponding to the circumferential faces of the expanding cones (6, 7). <IMAGE>

Die Montagevorrichtung zum Einbauen einer Scheibenkupplung eines Kraftfahrzeuggetriebes konzentrisch zur Achse der Kurbelwelle besteht aus einer koaxial durchbohrten Gewindespindel (1), die an ihrem einen Ende mit einem festen Drehgriff (3) versehen ist, auf deren Außengewinde (2) verstellbar eine Spannmutter aufgeschraubt ist. Ferner besteht sie aus einem axial verschiebbar in der Gewindespindel (1) gelagerten, mit einem Gewindeschaft (10) versehenen Spanndorn (8), welcher mit einer stirnseitig an der Gewindespindel (1) anliegenden Gewindemutter (11) versehen ist. An seinem auf der gegenüberliegende Seite aus der Gewindespindel herausragenden Abschnitt ist der Spanndorn (8) mit zwei axial zueinander versetzten Spreizkegeln (6, 7) versehen, die gleich große Kegelwinkel aufweisen. Im Bereich dieser Spreizkegel (7, 8) ist bzw. sind eine oder zwei jeweils aus wenigstens drei separaten, nur durch ein ringförmiges Spannelement (23, 36) zusammengehaltenen Zylindersektoren bestehende Spannhülse (17, 18) angeordnet. Die einzelnen Zylindersektoren sind jeweils mit den Mantelflächen der Spreizkegel (6, 7) entsprechenden Spreizflächen (24) versehen.
