Abstract (en)
So that a pivoting part (12), for example the window or roof light of a vehicle, can be swung out and retained in a specific position, there is arranged between the pivoting part (12) and a receiving part (16) at least one guide rail (22) with an approximately longitudinally extending groove (52) having at least one indentation (54). The guide rail (22) is pivotably mounted at one end on one of the parts (12, 16). It receives slidably in its groove (52) a pin (48) connected to the other part (12, 16). Furthermore, a block (24) displaceable along the guide rail (22) is provided. This is so designed that, as a rule, it covers the indentation (54) of the guide rail (22) and exposes it only in a retention position. In the retention position, the pin (48) can engage into the indentation (54) of the guide rail (22) and be supported on a side face (58) of the indentation (54). During the opening or closing of the pivoting part (12), the block (24) is displaced on the guide rail (22) as a result of the engagement of the pin (48). Um ein Klappteil (12), beispielsweise das Fenster oder die Dachluke eines Fahrzeuges, ausschwenken und in einer bestimmten Position arretieren zu können, wird zwischen Klappteil (12) und einem Aufnahmeteil (16) wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (22) mit einer in etwa längs verlaufenden Nut (52), die wenigstens eine Einbuchtung (54) aufweist, angeordnet. Die Führungsschiene (22) ist einenends an einem der Teile (12, 16) schwenkbar gelagert. Sie nimmt in ihrer Nut (52) einen mit dem anderen Teil (12, 16) verbundenen Stift (48) gleitbar auf. Ferner ist eine längs der Führungsschiene (22) verschiebbare Kulisse (24) vorgesehen. Diese ist derart ausgebildet, daß sie in der Regel die Einbuchtung (54) der Führungsschiene (22) abdeckt und lediglich bei einer Arretierstellung freigibt. In der Arretierstellung kann der Stift (48) in die Einbuchtung (54) der Führungsschiene (22) eingreifen und sich an einer Seitenfläche (58) der Einbuchtung (54) abstützen. Beim Öffnen bzw. Schließen des Klappteiles (12) verschiebt sich die Kulisse (24) auf der Führungsschiene (22) infolge des Eingriffes des Stiftes (48). Zwischen Klappteil (12) und Aufnahmeteil (16) ist parallel zur Arretiervorrichtung (18) eine Gasfeder (20) angeordnet, die bestrebt ist, das Klappteil (12) in eine geöffnete Position zu bringen.
