Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0391339A2] A high-voltage switchgear is shown and described, having three rotary isolating switches (1) on the one hand and six earthing switches (2) on the other hand, one fixed contact (10) and one switching contact (12) (which can be pivoted by means of a pivoting arm (11) into a pivoting plane and can be brought into contact with the fixed contact (10)) belonging to each earthing switch (2), the fixed contact (10) being provided on the current track halves (6, 7) of the rotary isolating switch (1) and the pivoting arm (11) being connected to a drive shaft (14) by means of a pivoting arm holder (13). <??>According to the invention, various components which would otherwise be necessary can be dispensed with, namely by the drive shaft (14) and the pivoting arm holder (13) directly permitting four different types of installation of the pivoting arm (11). <IMAGE>

[origin: EP0391339A2] The switch appts. has three rotary breaker switches (1) and six earthing switches (2), each of which has a stationary contact (10) and a cooperating switch contact (12) attached to a pivot arm (11), rotated via a coupled drive shaft (14). The pivot arm mounting (13) and the drive shaft (14) are applicable to four different types of pivot cam (11). The pivot arm mounting (13) is formed from a flat material with the pivot arm (11) selectively attached to one or other side.
