Abstract (en)
The hollow profile receiving the printing doctor (13) or the spreading doctor (14) in its hollow space (10) is divided into a doctor blade holder (9) and a beam rest (2), via which the hollow profile is attached to the transverse beams (1). The doctor blade holder (9) and the beam rest (2) are connected to one another rotatably via bearing shells (8) receiving an axis of rotation (7). The new design allows adjustment of the angular position of the printing doctor (13) directly on the doctor blade holder (9) and allows simple exchange of the printing doctor (13) and/or spreading doctor (14) by swivelling the doctor blade holder (9) out over a relatively large angular range. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das in seinem Profilhohlraum (10) die Druckrakel (13) oder die Farbschippe (14) aufnehmende Hohlprofil ist in einen Rakelhalter (9) und eine Holmenauflage (2), über die das Hohlprofil am Querholmen (1) befestigt wird, aufgeteilt. Rakelhalter (9) und Holmenauflage (2) sind über eine Drehachse (7) aufnehmende Lagerschalen (8) drehbar miteinander verbunden. Die neue Konstruktion ermöglicht eine Einstellung der Winkelstellung der Druckrakel (13) direkt am Rakelhalter (9) und ermöglicht ein einfaches Auswechseln von Druckrakel (13) und/oder Farbschippe (14) durch ein Ausschwenken des Rakelhalters (9) über einen relativ grossen Winkelbereich.
